2. Product information

6. Your right to cancel a distance contract

9. Manufacturer warranty

The VANQUISH 340 is specified by Minelab with a three-year warranty for the control box and coil, subject to Minelab's applicable warranty terms and exclusions. A manufacturer warranty is additional to, and does not replace, any statutory rights you may have against the seller.

10. Responsible metal detecting

A metal detector identifies responses from metallic objects; it does not guarantee the recovery of valuable items. Detecting results depend on numerous factors including the object, its position and the ground. Users are responsible for obtaining any permission needed to search a location and for following rules that apply to the land, property and recovery activity.

11. Editorial content and limitations
